Albany Library and City Hall

In 1916, Albany’s City Hall was located at 1049 Solano Avenue, adjacent to Thompson’s Cash Store.  Nestled next door to City Hall in the same building was the first Albany Library.  At the far right the Red Train has stopped to pick up passengers.
