This year the theme for the Asian Pacific Fund’s essay and art contest was ”Change: If you could do one thing to make the world a better place, what would that be?” The Asian Pacific Fund is the largest program in the nation celebrating Asian heritage. The Albany Library is currently hosting a display of the current winners, which includes an Honorable Mention for Albany Middle School 7th grade student, Chelsey Chen for her artwork titled: “Utopia.” The display will be at the Albany Library through January.
